How to know if a package is blocked in customs?
To find out if a parcel is blocked in customs, you should go to the website of the carrier responsible for the delivery of your order using the tracking number associated with your package.
If it turns out that the package is indeed blocked in customs, you will have to contact the carrier directly who will accompany you to unblock the package.
