Bigblue, the omnichannel commerce operations platform, today announced the acquisition of the Dispeo Évreux facility, a state-of-the-art 35,000 m² warehouse. This strategic move safeguards 151 jobs and establishes a dedicated innovation lab to refine Atlas, Bigblue’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Dispeo Évreux has been a key part of Bigblue’s partner warehouse network since 2019. The opportunity came as Bigblue aimed to acquire a warehouse to allow faster iterations on its WMS, Atlas.

This system, enhanced by the newly released Atlas AI, has already demonstrated a 25% productivity improvement in B2C and B2B order preparation over Manhattan Associates and other WMS currently deployed at Dispeo Evreux.

“We remain committed to our partner-based model and will continue to extend our network by deploying our WMS at the warehouses of the largest 3PLs in the world. The Evreux site will be where we experiment and iterate on technology before it’s deployed in our network," said Mathias Griffe, Bigblue co-founder and CTO.

Eric Franot, Site Director, added, “We are delighted to join the Bigblue group. The deployment of Atlas across the rest of the site will fully replace Manhattan, bringing significant productivity gains and unparalleled comfort for our employees.”

The acquisition comes at a time of significant growth for Bigblue, which reached €1 billion in GMV shipped through its network and achieved profitability.

The company has successfully expanded into the enterprise market in 2024, welcoming more than 20 major brands to its platform, with plans to double that number in 2025.

Bigblue operates 9 warehouses across France, Spain, the UK, and Germany and now employs over 300 people to serve over 600 brands.

William Meunier, Bigblue co-founder and COO, expressed, "We are thrilled to welcome the Evreux staff and benefit from their dedication to excellence and deep expertise in omnichannel fulfilment. Their high standards match Bigblue’s customer-obsessed approach, and together, we will push the boundaries of what merchants deserve and expect from an industry leader.”

Bigblue’s mission is to democratise best-in-class commerce operations and customer experience.

It combines the best of the logistics and technology worlds—integrating an advanced logistics network with its proprietary WMS and (Transport Management System) TMS—to deliver an end-to-end, omnichannel solution.

The Bigblue commerce operations platform centralises data, empowering teams with advanced features like multi-channel inventory allocation and real-time business intelligence.

That data also powers an unmatched branded delivery and returns experience, reflected in a 96% customer satisfaction rate in 2024—30% above the market average.

The acquisition will also bring new enterprise brands into the Bigblue portfolio, including Greenweez (Carrefour) and Aigle (Maus frères).

These new clients will have access to Bigblue's commerce operations platform in the coming days, unlocking significant time savings and enhanced visibility and control over their operations.

"The Dispeo Évreux team has always demonstrated great logistical expertise. We are delighted with Bigblue's takeover of the site and eager to see the impact of their technology and expertise on our operations," said Thibault Rebattu, General Manager of Greenweez.
