Paris, March 7th, 2025Bigblue, the omnichannel commerce operations platform, today announced that co-founders Mathias Griffe and William Meunier have officially taken on the role of Co-CEOs, following a structured transition completed in February. Tim Dumain, co-founder and former CEO, will remain actively involved as a board advisor while pursuing a career in elite sports.

Will and Mathias bring the right mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence to drive the next phase of growth. It’s an amazing duo to lead the company forward,” said José del Barrio, board director and founding partner at Samaipata.

This transition comes at a pivotal moment as Bigblue expands its logistics capabilities to support both DTC and enterprise brands across Europe. Today, the company is profitable, serves 600+ businesses, ships over 1 million orders per month, and has surpassed €100 million in revenue.

Bigblue is in an incredible place right now—profitable, scaling fast, and led by an exceptional team. Seeing my co-founders, Mathias and Will step up as co-CEOs feels like the most natural evolution. We’ve built this company together from day one, and I have no doubt they’re the right leaders for Bigblue” said Dumain, former CEO of Bigblue.

Griffe and Meunier, who co-founded Bigblue alongside Dumain in 2018, have been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. As CTO and COO, they led the development of Bigblue’s proprietary logistics technology—including Atlas WMS—and expanded its operations network in France, Spain, The United Kingdom and Germany, establishing it as the leading commerce operations platform it is today.

We are truly honored to lead Bigblue and deeply grateful for Tim’s remarkable leadership in getting us here”, said Griffe. “Looking forward, we remain laser-focused on democratizing best-in-class commerce operations and elevating customer experience, and we have the best team to do so.” added Meunier.

To understand what this transition means for Bigblue’s future, we sat down with Mathias and Will to discuss their vision.

The future of Bigblue: A conversation with co-CEOs Mathias Griffe and William Meunier

Q. You built Bigblue from the ground up. What excites you most about where it’s headed?

[William Meunier]: Bigblue has what it takes to become a €1B revenue company, the demand for tech-driven logistics is massive, and we’re just getting started. What excites us most is the impact: helping brands scale while delivering a five-star customer experience.

7 years into Bigblue, we’re still solving logistics challenges that haven’t been addressed, making fulfillment faster, more scalable, and giving brands a competitive advantage. At the same time, our commerce operations platform has become brands #1 used tool across supply chain, B2B, and e-commerce departments. We’re also driving sustainability, from optimized packaging to greener carrier solutions, with more to come.

Q. Bigblue successfully expanded into the enterprise market bringing on 20+ major brands. What’s been the most significant learning?

[Mathias Griffe]:  Expanding into the enterprise market was as big a shift as our first international expansion. Each market presents unique logistics challenges, and enterprise brands require tailored, scalable solutions. The biggest lesson? Bigblue is the fastest way for them to transform their customer experience, and comes with amazing ROI. Once brands see the quality of our service, they stay—brands who once resisted outsourcing logistics are now thriving with Bigblue.

Unlike DTC brands, enterprise companies operate with legacy systems, complex distribution, and high SLAs expectations. Supporting 20+ major brands, including MUJI, Aigle, and Greenweez, meant ensuring deep system integration, reliability, and flexibility.

Our success here comes from offering a vertically integrated solution—our WMS, TMS, and fulfillment network give brands full control while keeping operations simple.
